“Pangkabuhayang QC” is a livelihood training and financial assistance program for QCitizens who have lost their jobs during this pandemic.

  1. Go to liboplays://qceservices.rfsd88.com on your browser
  2. Choose “PANGKABUHAYANG QC” from the list of services
  3. Read the instructions and press “Click Here” to access the application form. Reminder: You must already have your QCitizen ID before accessing the form
  4. Click “OK” and fill up the necessary information 
  5. After correctly and completely filling up the application form, click “Save” and it should say “Success Registration” 
  6. Click “Download PDF” 
  7. You may now print the application form!

*MAKE SURE that you have ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS prior to submitting to the SBCDPO. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTS.
